    Very cool. He'll be climbing circles around you before you know it, I'll bet. Is that a "mahogany" like a Honduran mahogany / Swietenia macrophylla? That's probably my favorite wood in the world to machine or work by hand...it just always seems to look great, no matter what you do to it...

With the loss of blood pressure you'd get after the first nail (which would cause you to lose consciousness), it'd be pretty hard to shoot five more into the CNS...kind of like shooting yourself in the head with a shotgun five times in a row...or stabbing yourself...

    If you're gonna be welding or cutting, not much beats cotton in my view. If it catches on fire, at least it's easy to put out, and it won't melt into napalm... I use regular blue jeans, with a flame-resistant shirt like this:
