    blackwall carabiners

These may have some use in rigging down branches if you have nobody on the ground. Appear to be a kickstarter campaign so nothing available today. Anyone else come across this?

    Rope Runner

Yes, you are right but with a modified pulley it is a lot smoother.

    Rope Runner

There are basically two different twin rope setups; one using two multi-senders, each on its own rope, basically two climbing systems. The second would be with two ropes in a single multi-sender. The latter usually involve changing out the RopeRunner's lower tending pulley for one that is not...

Now I feel like I have to buy a second one just to leave it in the un-opened box for another 20 years.

A series of poor decisions and I've lost most of my gear in a tree

I agree with @Brocky . Girth hitching the bag to an eye spliced on the throw line.

    Extendable hook

Welcome @Alabaster Brown. It took me quite a while to figured out what daigentanoen was using in his videos. But this seems to be along the line of what you were asking. I concluded that he has made his telescoping pole out of a carbon fiber fishing pole. I found a lot of this type of...

    TRT

Here are a couple of early videos from @SoftBankHawks . Sorry I don't have more. TRT is different from DdRT because the climber is using two small diameter ropes acting as one SRT line in a single device, usually a modified RR but with the advantage of being able to separate the two lines...

Professor Ed Gilman Online Arboriculture Course

I have been truly fascinated with this series. Thanks to all involve with making it available. One question. In most of Dr. Gilman's talks he refers to additional videos. Where do we find these? Thanks again.

Unicender, HH2 (Hitch Hiker) or Rope Wrench?

I too was/am confused by @yoyoman's comment, "Of course not, love you and all tree peoples. Just pointing out there is a Drum and there is a Barrel just like a RR Hump and a Baby Bump. Easily confused." Sounds like the Hump and the Bump are too different things.
