I told you guys before about the ruling. It was implemented specifically for the Cal. Edison bark beetle infestation in the San Bernadino area of Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear here in southern californian. I sent the pics to the "oxman". Ask for them.
Jeff
O.K. , My monster job was in Lake Arrowhead, Ca.(San Bernadino), doing the Cal. Edison bark beetle project over massive high voltage, properties, etc,,, and not to mention the EPA, CDF, OSHA, and Phillips and Jordan. There is still so much to do there. I am not anxious to go back, although,,,,

Hi guys and gals. oops, and Tom, ha, Hey, all our jobs seem to be monster and we can not find enough guys to work. We are backlogged into the next two or three months. We had alot of rain in Jan. and Feb. We just did 640 palms in 6 days. I love San Diego!
Jeff, the Recruiter.
Mark, Speaking of volunteers- I was a cub scout, weblow and boy scout. Don't you think a percentage of those guys would be good climbers if given the chance to experience the tree world?
Jeff ( most all my knots taught by the scouts) Go Devils!

Rocky!!! Ease up, I mean no offense. I am telling you that in California, according to cal-osha- you cannot legally ride the ball. I agree that riding the ball is best and more productive. In our case in Arrowhead, We were given special permission to ride the ball due to the bark beetle...
I know cal osha and I know that anyone riding the ball is fabricating or a cowbowboy climber that knows a crane or owns a crane operator. I mentioned two way communication between the op and the climber. I did not mention 3 way communication. Listen, I just got back fom a big project for...
Hey I wonder what crane operator would allow you to do that since it is illegal. Do you own your own crane and an operator that both of you feel you can skip by OSHA?
