    Personally I would’ve told boat guy if that’s the play he wants to run, I’d be more than happy to document his tree in eminent failure for my client’s insurance and he can deal with the consequence. I’d then encourage the client to make boat guy pay for the removal whether or not I did the work

    Love that song…. and definitely identify with the desire to preserve our natural world…. but catastrophic fires caused by power lines contacting trees seems FAR worse for the forests and it’s inhabitants than widening the right of ways.

    my Saw shop swapped out the 12” bar for a 14” and .043 gauge chain, w/ 2 x 200 series batteries and quick charger plus 3 chains for something like 980$
