    Does anyone have tree care experience with tracked K-Booms? A friend of mine is looking into buying one and I'm trying to find some benefits. I really can't see how they would be economical in a residential company. Tell me I'm wrong. I'd love some feedback.

    Our company is slowly approaching the 100 employee mark. We have a need for a system to send company wide alerts out quickly, without the hassle of everyone needing an app, email, or some gigantic group text. Is anyone familiar with a system like this? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Sorry for the delay...The climber saw it happen and immediately secured himself with his lanyard. He then pulled another system up to finish working. Yes, on the way home he called me and the incident was starting to sink in a bit more. Both crew men were pretty rattled.

    Last week our company had a 1st, and as you all know that is tough to do in this industry. A ground tech accidentally cut the basal anchor of a climber last week. The story goes.... My climber was in one tree with his basal anchor tied to an adjacent tree to keep it clear of falling brush...

    Thanks for the advise guys. Splicing may be in my future but not in this season of life. And yes Sherrill said it was new company policy, that when it leaves the warehouse, it may not be returned for splicing.

    I have about 60' of 5/8th Notch Kraken. (Atlantic Braids). Will anyone splice me up a few single eye slings? Obviously, this is a paying job. The supplier will not splice anything after it leaves the warehouse.
