Company wide communication system

Our company is slowly approaching the 100 employee mark. We have a need for a system to send company wide alerts out quickly, without the hassle of everyone needing an app, email, or some gigantic group text. Is anyone familiar with a system like this? Any advice would be appreciated.

Anything that keeps all of those people connected is going to be more hassle than an app.

There are many CB radio channels available for big companies since way back.

My handle was Demolition One of course!

Base to Demolition One.....do you copy?

Group texts to cellphones with confirmation reply is about your only realistic option, and by far the cheapest. For that many people a mass texting service like SlickText is worth looking into.

There's usually local software companys that your schoolboard may use to notify parents (not 911 or emergency systems) say when the schoolbus is late. The oilfield also uses a bunch of companys for landowner contact/ warning when drilling Critical Wells (H2S containing). Maybe have a look at your yellow pages in your area. These solutions can be voice to voice/ text broadcast kinda things. Also some phone companys offer these kinds of things as business solutions/ applications you can add on your company phone services.
