Been using mine all morning. Love it!are people still excited about the morgan block? sometimes i'm wondering if i'm missing out on this device or not.
What’s ‘drift control’?I love it for drift control.
Looks like tomorrow will be my chance. Trying to keep the number of soaked ropes to a minimum, so I’m going to use htp in the downrigger rather than my go-to teuf hivee. I’ll try to remember to report before the weekend. All ears for answers to this question. I’ve considered using 1/2” htp just to see how it’ll act, but haven’t found the right situation.
Aye, more so when solo riggingOften, I prefer to have some stretch as energy- absorption. HTP doesn't give.
I usually feel the same. There are some exceptions, though, and some situations where it’s not terribly important either way.Often, I prefer to have some stretch as energy- absorption. HTP doesn't give.

Conclusion after testing- awful!!!!!
Because htp stiffens under load, it fights the bend of the downrigger and doesn’t feed under less than about 150-200 lbs of material. When it did finally have enough material to feed down, it glazed. Good test
