79k and change. It's barely shy of 80k. The counterweights and jib add 13kThat’s impressive! What does that crane weigh though, probably about 95,000 pounds?

That’s not quite so bad, the 60 ton we work with here weighs about 92k if I recall correctly. It travels with all its counterweights and jib though, so it comes out about the same.79k and change. It's barely shy of 80k. The counterweights and jib add 13k
First night of camping in the tree house (building-in-progress).
Looks like a nail deep in there.
4th of July rate for sure.We were going to have a light maintenance day monday and maybe take the 4th off. Then we got a tree on an apartment building.

Can't exactly charge more after the bid. We bid it for emergency rates anyway. My guys wanted to work today. I gave them all the option of having the 4th off. We would have been done yesterday if we didnt have to wait over 3 hours for cars to be moved. Then a storm rolled in and we had to call it.4th of July rate for sure.
I was being facetious, pointing out working on a holiday, which I did today. Can't exactly charge more after the bid. We bid it for emergency rates anyway. My guys wanted to work today. That was one hot bolt! Can you say “lightning strike”? Fortunately, nobody was injured, especially the lady sitting in the front room upstairs where the tree hit the house.
Yes, it sure was! It also killed the cable box, a whole pile of LED lights, and a couple appliances in the house. I feel bad for the lady, last time we were there, about three years ago, we took half a Tulip Poplar out of the living room. She seems to have some bad luck with her trees. That was one hot bolt!
