There are many clear safety glasses that do offer UV protection. I'd still prefer tinted on bright days, but if its gotta be clear, certainly look for that protection.

I don't really feel like my communication would be any better with non tinted lenses from 50ft or more up which is the only time just talking is an issue only so much eye expression you can see anyways and then a thumbs up/down works just fine.

We finally have helmets with ear pro for everyone on the crew so hopefully coms will be coming soon, probably do the new sena system since my local shop has them for 200 a set. The protos coms would be cool but the price is pretty ridiculous imo.

For anyone wondering, I paid $70 for these glasses and if I don't trest them like hell they last a while. My first pair I wore swimming in pools and in the ocean (I have sensitive eyes for sunlight I dunno what my deal is) and didn't whipe the lenses at work often so the tint rubbed off after like a year.
