The latest Matt Cornell harness

Just got my MB in this morning. Can't wait to suspend myself in the basement a little later and adjust it to me!

@rico best place for some good accessory cordage? Time to dissemble the MCRS and reconfigure it like one of your masterpieces.

I have been getting my cordage from https://www.fisheriessupply.com.

Been using Samson 10mm- https://www.fisheriessupply.com/sam...ouble-braid-line-for-cruising-and-day-sailing

Easy to splice and 6200-6400lb breaking strength...Love it.

It's been a while so I figured I would give an update on my Valiant. It has been my main ride for close to a month and is showing itself to be an amazing saddle. Plainly put, its the most well built saddle I have ever used, is as comfy as anything I have ever ridden, has the best storage layout I have seen, and is endlesslyyyyyyyy customizable. Well done Mr. Cornell

This is the setup I settled on after a lot of trial and error. Eye splice terminated at ISC rings in the hip position. Rock Exotica TriRigs in the lower dee position. My custom setup for the rear leg pad bungee which is key to keeping the leg pads where I want them.

Looking sweet rico. I like the lower Dee configuration. They might work nice on my MB. Matt would have to custom make a Valient waist belt for me but I'm sure it could be done. Dont want to even think about another saddle at this point in life. I'll never wear out what I already have.

Thanks rico.

I was thinking of using Stablebraid in 3/8 red, which would look great against the black MCRS leather. Not to mention I have a pair of the little blue rigging plates from CT, that never got use.

Your Valiant screams of high quality and class. Gorgeous to boot. It has "leather recliner'' written all over it. A shame even ..... to put it in the trees. I hear @oldoakman loud and clear. I don't need another saddle either, but for some reason desire a Valiant.

What do you like about rings for the hip ds compared to the rigging plates?
The rings are easier for me to find and clip in and out of than the rigging plates..Plus the shape of the rings seem to sit in the webbing a little cleaner than the rigging plates..Subtle differences but I myself like the rings in the side dee position better than the plates. YMMV of coarse...

Yea I have taken to wearing a cardigan and an ascot whenever I work in the Valiant, and my groundie is under strict instructions to always has a snifter of cognac ready the moment I hit the ground....Nothing but high class and high quality here at Rico Global Enterprises...We still cuss like fucking sailors though...

On your lower left D rigging plate, is that that bridge adjuster hitch I think brocky showed us earlier in this thread?
If so, how do your like that?
I know you used to use that or something similar as a lanyard adjuster before right?
