Adding the mesquite really brought more flavor to the jalapeño poppers. Looking forward to your rendition!

How did you cook the bacon so nicely, w/o melting all the cheese away ?

I grilled them over indirect heat to avoid flare ups from the bacon grease, I think that helped with the cheese too. Some pieces were more melted than others.
