That doesn’t mean what you think it means. Any death caused by another is a homicide. Totally different question as to whether or not it is a justifiable homicide. Homicide most definitely does not always equal murder and does not always equal prison.
 
Victim caught on camera running away for his killers. Victim caught on camera being shot in the back multiple times. The taser is consider a "non lethal weapon" under Georgia law... Pretty tough to argue justifiable homocide and/or a clean kill. How anyone could defend the action of these fucking cowardly cops is beyond comprehension...

I reckon a decade or 2 in gen pop would give these fucking cowards plenty of time to think about the error of their ways....That is if they are tough and smart enough to live through it?
 
He fired a taser at the cop. What is the officer supposed to do? If he is incapacitated by the taser now the dude can grab his sidearm. Not a good situation. I promise you this will not be a quick or easy trial.

The two aren’t mutually exclusive. Trump keeps saying stupid things when he really needs to just shut up, and Biden’s brains are oatmeal.

I don’t blame you. Trump can be exhausting.
But to me, 40 years in the Senate is an absolute liability, not an asset. He’s been promising change for 40 years, and racial justice for 40 years, and everythingthe same and American life is in the shitter. But now, now, in 2020, THIS TIME, if you just elect him one more time (this time he really means it), everything‘s gonna change! Seriously! This time.

Joe has had decades of second chances and things have only gotten worse for black America. (Just turn on the news) I get that a lot of people despise Trump, but facts are facts. He achieved the lowest black and Hispanic unemployment rates in recorded history. That’s not nothing.

Sidenote: people started camping out this morning for Trump’s rally next Saturday. There are multiple reports that over 1 million people have requested tickets to an event that holds roughly 16,000 people. I’m not sure what to make of that just yet, but it does indicate a certain enthusiasm gap between the candidates. I’m not in the political prediction game, but I do know that after 2016 I will never believe polls again.

So the Obama/Biden administration took a 16.8% black unemployment rate and lowered it to 7.8% when leaving office in January 2017...Fast forward to today and black unemployment is at 17%-20%.
Trump's record on minority unemployment is actually less than nothing....Conman Don strikes again....

Yeah, I have some land in The Everglades I will make you a good deal on too, and a bridge in NY. Trump has not accomplished anything positive himself. Any gains Blacks or Hispanics made during his administration happened despite him. It is the biggest joke to think he has any love of Blacks or other minorities when he makes no effort whatsoever to hide his bigotry. But he is a master of taking credit for anything that accidentally happens or that happens for the better against his efforts. The fact that he has large support in this country is not something to brag about. It is a testament to how uneducated and easily led the average American can be. Most of the rest of the civilized World is laughing at us. But who cares what they think? We are the greatest, right? We are a great country precisely because of the respect we earn from the rest of the World and because they are our customers. We take care of that global relationship and respect, and take care of our own people of every race and creed at the same time as our constitution mandates, and we will then remain great. Trump's leadership (actually lack thereof) is destroying most of this, not helping it. He is as big a danger to the future of this country as a certain person was to the future of Germany in the Thirties, someone else who was famous for big rallies full of ignorant, bigoted, shouting fanatics.

True, but who was it that jacked around playing golf and poopoo'ing the seriousness of it for a month and a half while it took hold? Effective leadership from someone who actually gave a damn about his country would have saved thousands and thousands of lives, let alone jobs.

To be fair, a certain someone's utterly inept, incompetent, and deceitful response to a certain novel coronavirus played a major role in the deaths of 119,000 Americans and economic destruction.

To be fair, Biden was part of the last democratic administration that had to come in and clean up the prior republican administration's economic shit sandwich.
 
Virus would’ve been far worse under Biden. He cowers in fear of the politically correct woke mob. He never would’ve imposed travel restrictions on China. That’s racist. Everyone knows it’s racist. Hell, he was (and is) still too timid to admit where the damn virus originated. Because that’s also racist.
