My mother passed recently and when all the vultures came to claim theirs, me and my little bro walked...Fuck that... you can have it all , and we'll keep our memories.... Were good with that....
 

Not only is Republicans for the Rule of Law running this ad during Fox & Friends, but the Lincoln Project (who are also Republicans that are all for ditching the douchebag) came out urging Republicans leaders to endorse Joe Biden for president.

Even in a primordial swamp, intelligent life can emerge... given enough time.

They have actually turned into zombies...are they mobbing their state capitols for their delayed federal stimulus checks with DJT printed on them, the promised federal COVID tests that never showed, and the large sum of federal PPP loans that went to large corporate chains? I think they should start with the standard zombie food first - brains. Looks like a lot of preexisting conditions testing the efficacy social distancing.

I think it’s kinda the opposite. They don’t want handouts. Those people are mobbing for jobs. They are begging to be allowed to work. Heartening or depressing? .... I’m not sure.

This is a sign we should break up the country, too big, too many varied interests the fed is inept and corrupt beyond repair. these blocks of states govs forming are perfect. west coast, new england, midwest, SE etc. I want a divorce from the heartland.
 
PPP money runs out right away... gobbled up mostly by red states with low infection rates... WTF? Here in Nebraska, 75% of businesses that applied got their money. We've had 24 deaths and about 1200 cases, and this ain't exactly a high-population state. You really need to meet these business owners. Of the ones I know, absolutely not a single one of them has closed their business for so much as a minute, except for three. I can't help but wonder what the paperwork looks like for the rest of them. It must be dripping with bullshit and lies. We only have 3 lefty business owners in this neck of the woods. All three closed down for the pandemic, except for deliveries to your car in the parking lot, must order by phone. None of them even applied for PPP loans, figuring there are people who really need the money more than they do.

Handout - I can see the shame in it when you call it that.

I support their right to be angry and protest. Unfortunately, the more they pile on top of each other to pound the table, then the more "handouts" they will need, the longer this will take, and the more painful it will be.

Will it be a "handout" if or when:

1. Fed picks up their COVID tab?
2. They get a Fed funded vaccine?
3. Emergency personnel put their life on the line to treat them?
4. Teachers risk their lives to go back into a room of potential super spreaders?
5. When their immigrant nursing home staff take on the role COVID crypt keepers for minimum wage?

I dont think so - it is just common decency and the benefits of a modern society.
