Vodka with a nice BlackBerry and blueberry syrup.

Did 3 racks with a 12 hour rub and 3 different sauces, one of which with the same berry syrup reduction. Also a truffle oil mac n cheese.

Even the little guys cleaned their plates.

Wow, that does look great! Almost makes me wish I had skipped the crab legs, but they’re too rare an occasion because I’m too cheap to buy them for myself.
