I'm not so sure about that setup because I actually pondered that tool in my head. I imagined a Bone in each side hole of the Rook, leaving the center hole empty, but the orientation of the Bones would be 90 degrees out, and if you went slack on one side, the Rook swivel would get a weird side load. My impression is that it needs to be loaded inline with the swivel axis, so uneven dynamic forces to the side holes in a DSRT system would be no bueno. Not totally sure, big that's what went through my brain and kept me off the idea. I like a single swivel with a big eye, enough to hold both Bones. It loads the swivel the best.I thought I'd come up with a good solution for the bridue swivel bdb connection with this setup

I haven't tried it yet but now I'm not sure because attaching a lanyard or another line to one of the other attachment points pulls against the rotation of the bdb.
Also, you can see the shackle I've been using to advance the bone. It works well. The only disadvantage is that it interferes withe rope installation and removal and must be taken off to do so.
Nothing's wrong with Pink. You and Tom D will get along famously. LOL! Seriously, nothing's wrong with pink. And what the hell is wrong with pink, I am not giving those Komen thugs a dime, I just don't give a shit what color tape I use.
Cool. Maybe tighter eye where the thimble is. Just thinking of cross load potential.A nice clean solution for that rare occasion when u use DdRT. Still have yet to test it out. The arms move like normal. Thoughts anyone?![]()
Probably a dumb question, but could you not just clip the standing line back into the new 'larger size' tending hole and do away with the additional prusik altogether?Tyler how about just clipping the standing end of your doubled line back into your bridge?
