My friend had me come watch this.
The thing I like best about Joe is that he doesn't punch me in the face when I rip on his unsafe working practices.
He asked me to post this up for better or for worse.
Just to spoil the ending...noone gets hurt and the tree gets done with very little collateral damage.

I've seen worse... at least he made face cuts.

The narration was great and Joe's got a thick skin... I respect that. He should start being more professional if he's gonna keep doing tree work though. Keep on him about the PPE and stuff.

Joe is so cool. He is a One man wrecking crew.We have known each other since the early nineties. More than once I have seen him alone doing a removal early in the day. 8 hours later at dusk, there he is humping the wood on his shoulder to the truck. My kinda guy! I am not sure who sells a helmet that will fit his huge head though. Does petzel have xxxl?

Good video. I'm still trying to work out that first rigging set up. But hey it worked.

Like others said keep on him about PPE. Any guy that works hard is ok by me.
