Re: Working Climber \"Cutting and Rigging\"

Having learnt a little about basic editing through my own internet-standard vids over the last couple of years, I can only imagine the time and patience that goes into putting together the real thing, as is the case here.

I already have some of Jerry's vids and must point out to those who have yet to purchase, that what you see on the net is incomparable to the true DvD experience. I only wish that some of our UK retailers would take up the slack and fill what is a huge void in the availability of such an invaluable resource over here....we live in hope!

I personally know plenty guys who boast of having 30+ years tree work experience etc, but it could easily be argued that they have and still do employ a somewhat wasteful methodology for much of it, yet are totally unable to recognize (perhaps too close to the situation) it by themselves. I think perhaps there is some of that in all of us, but we often get so isolated and set in our ways that it goes un-noticed.....I know I have plenty of weak areas, but hopefully this set will go some way to remedying many of them.

For that reason, like Kevin says, this series can’t come soon enough. Get busy Mr B.

Re: Working Climber \"Cutting and Rigging\"

It's keeping me busy. You can bet on it. A big part of the work involved is in script/voice over and fitting the video with it.

As far as the actual video goes most of that is already acquired. But can always use more.

Thanks for the encouragement, Reg, you guys.
