Not twice, but definitely much beefier than anticipated. Plus, power lines that weren't visible in the pic.

I actually wasn't off by much; maybe a few hundred lower than ideal.

That's good. It really sucks giving away your shirt and you're left trying to keep your underwear on.

I took a week off the devine project hoping the HO and his live-in son-in-law would use their small Mahindra tractor and trailer to haul debris up the hill to the curb. Didn't happen. Oh, well....it's all exercise. First the big stuff I'd cut up...eight trips with the wheelbarrow.

Then the small stuff...another eight trips wadding and dragging.

And waalaa.

Now I can get back to climbing and jerking.

Got it all in one climb. It helped that the temperature was in the low 70s with the RH at 85%. Not sure what to do with the half rotted broken lead with all the suckers on it near the base of the tree.

I was up in the other side of the big pine this morning to get two limbs...one broken and hanging, the other lodged on other limbs. I cut them into pieces with the little chainsaw on the way up.

Dug/pulled some upright junipers out today, ended up not as bad as I thought.

The client took some pics of me the first time I climbed the big pine. First on the way up...

and then closer to the top. You can see the two limbs on the far side of the tree that I got down on the later climb.

Debby left two broken limbs about seventy feet up in a tree in my own yard.

Cutting them into pieces as I climbed worked really well.

That ugly little Kobalt 5" saw is getting a workout. I still carry a razor saw incase it gets pinched, but so far so good. I've even made a lanyard for it.

Yeah, that one was a pain in the butt. I ended up getting jobs for all of the neighbors too though so I guess I did alright. Got some decent coin for that one too. Not to toot my own horn too much but I knew I could murk that branch in short order and was thinking what the big companies would charge to show up with a big crew and make a scene.

Man, wish I learned that much earlier! Did so much hourly work too fast, or come in less than half other quotes and be spot on with the estimated time. Nicely done
