I have an opportunity to purchase a 2006 Woodsman 15x with a 125 hp Iveco motor. Only about 500 hours on motor, here is the catch, it's been sitting for five years, what do I need to worry about to get this thing going,

Top off with fuel, grease her up, and run it till something breaks....fix and repeat. good luck!

I've never heard of Iveco. I'd definitely check the tire rims for rot if it's been sitting for that long.

Sitting indoors, or outside? Well covered and dry, or rained on for 5 years?

Iveco is a european company. Should be a decent motor if they design them like their trucks. Id change out the hyd/engine oil real quick.

If its been sitting outside, make sure she's not hydro-locked before cranking her over. Try turning engine over by hand and check engine oil dipstick for water intrusion before hitting the starter.

It has been sitting outside without cover, the plan is to replace all fluids, including fuel,

Just check everything. Replace all the filters but if fluids look good then they are. I look carefully at what's in the filters. Replace the tires. Grease.
