The I.S.A. is selling a new publication titled "Wood Decay Fungi". Has anyone read it or heard anything about it

My boss introduced me to Dr. Luley in Nashville, he was once our State Forest Pathologist here in Missouri. We brought back a free copy of his book to keep in our office for reference. Now everyone in the field is bringing samples back to the office to look up and research. It's been a great learning tool. Two thumbs up!

Wood Decay Fungi introduces people to the more common fungi we are likely to encounter in the field. It gives a brief explanation of the types of wood decay caused by different pathogens. It is a visual aid for identifying these common fungi which is supported by a visual key at the end of the 1st of 2 chapters. It is written for people located in the northeastern and central United States. People can find it at:

Here's picture I took of some fungus while hiking yesterday. Who said wood decay can't be beautiful?
