I saw the author present at isa and ordered the book. I'll let you know when I get it, but it's got to be worth the $ easily.

I have it and it is great. The author's presentation in Nashville was great too.
My boss introduced me to Dr. Luley in Nashville, he was once our State Forest Pathologist here in Missouri. We brought back a free copy of his book to keep in our office for reference. Now everyone in the field is bringing samples back to the office to look up and research. It's been a great learning tool. Two thumbs up!
