I was thinking along the same lines, but then I remembered Doctor Octopus. I would kill for some extra arms. Super strong robot tentacles would be even better.

Imagine doing structural pruning and you get to a tree and say shoot, I wish I made this cut 5 years ago. Just move that one tree part back in time, cut it off, then accelerate the tree back into today.

Or if the client wants a mature tree, just spend a day getting 50years worth of pruning and growth out of a sapling.
