What no crane!!

I always like seeing the pics of you lot using cranes and bucket truck. This can be a rare luxery for many of us as access is always a problem. These pics are from a job where a crane would have been perfect but there was no way of getting one in. The tree aren't huge by any means but there wasn't much room for error.

There's four trees over the barn to come down but cant really see one of them in these pics. Heres the first two.

Cool pics (so far). Thanks.

It looks like you have a crank (grcs or hobbs)? Is that right?

If your having trouble with the pics, try to r-click on it and select "open with" and try MS picture it. Then click on resize. That makes it easy to trim it down. If you don't have picture it, try another program that lets you resize it.

I've got a GRCS. Its about the only tool that would do this job. One tree company said "take down the barn, fell the trees in one and rebuild the barn"! We couldn't cut and chuck much cos the lawn slopes down to the edge of the barn roof. I'll try some more pics.
