I am right at 260# without gear to my defense I can bench press my weight.

That's good magnum. Powerlifting is my hobby. I get up at 345 bfore work everyday and go lift. Starting to getting pretty far up in some of my lifts.

I see you are in Iowa I am actually in Iowa right now my father in law in hospice. Power lifting is beginning to be a past hobby now I just lift to keep in shape. To many helo jumps have taken their tole. I am toying with cross fit but have yet to make up my mind. I don't miss much of Iowa but the people are a much more caring than I have ever experienced.

I live in a small town between cedar rapids and waterloo. Our gym isn't huge but there are a lot of free weights and it has 24/7 access. I did commercial roofing before tree work and have been all over the u.s. There is no place like iowa. I will live here my whole life

I grew up just west of mason city. I joined the military right out of high school I wanted out of the small town. I despised it with a passion. Now looking back there are things I really miss. My family is all here as is my wife's. One thing I do not miss is the weather but the family is really making me think of moving back now to find a job. Also I know exactly where vinton is it's the home of IMCA
