what did u have 4lunch 2day?

its all about presentation, and ropeburn (nor do you grover) has none, i always disagree with what a lot of the people here on the buzz have to say, but i do it respectfully and with the intent to see how and why they feel that way. ropeburn played with fire, he poked the bees nest, whatever, but he got what he deserved, if you call someone out, dont they deserve a chance to fire back?

a disagreement doesnt always need to end with bloodshed (or tough guy computer talk)

as far as the best climber in the world goes, i already met him, he walked up to our job site asking for a job saying he was the best climber on the east coast, maybe even the world, and he had a nice chainsaw scar on his face to back up his mouth,

I could probably eat an entire Asics running shoe. I would cut it up with a Ginzu knife, and if I had a month or so, I could get a whole shoe down.

So, what food group are running shoes in?

What did I have for lunch today? Well, it's the first Saturday in a while that I didn't work. I had breakfast at what would be lunchtime. I had a veggie omelet w/ cheddar & white american cheeses, natural uncured bacon, homefries, banana pancakes, wheat toast, and coffee.

At work yesterday, we went to McDonald's again for the second day in a row (rare). Thursday I had a Big Mac meal, cheeseburger and Chipolte BBQ Snackwrap, so I wasn't in the mood for this crap again. So, yesterday I grabbed a cheeseburger to eat while walking across the highway to QuickCheck, where I got a Chicken Ceaser BLT sub with extra bacon, Baja chicken enchilada soup, Sunchips, and Dr. Pepper. I usually have a large Dunkin Donuts coffee for breakfast, so I'm pretty hungry around lunchtime.

This is winter, my lunch habits change with the seasons. In summer I bring a cooler with slushy 100% fruit juice (like cran-blueberry, cran-pomegranate, apple, or grape) water, Emergen-C packs, fruits, granola bars, to pick at through the day, and I might get something wherever we stop for lunch.

I enjoy health foods very much. I would eat all organic superfoods and be happy. But where I live and work, there aren't really any health food stores closeby. I don't have much free time to assemble a super healthy lunch. It's just a matter of convenience. When I worked in Monmouth County, NJ I would often have lunch at one of several health food stores.

Last summer we had Southern Smokehouse Buffet for lunch a few times. Try eating about 4 big plates of that plus ice cream for dessert and go back to climb in 95 degrees and high humidity. Always fun. Whatever I eat though, doesn't usually slow me down at all.

For a great caffeine kick, try Stok Black Coffee shots to add to your coffee. Their real good in Coke also, like Coke doesn't have enough caffeine already, tastes good though. I found them on a marathon drive from NJ to Florida and back at about 4 am. They were a life saver. They say 2 per day limit on the pack. I found them here at Exxon's w/ Bengal Trader Coffees next to the creamers.

I notice that a lot of folks are drinking' Emergen-C'.
I used to drink this product but then found this instead: 'Sport Tea'. It tastes better and has more stuff in it.
