Wanted: 1/2 ton truck

Hey Buzzer's

I'm looking for a 1/2 ton truck for my business...my real question is, can anyone give me some good web links/contacts/tips for places to find a pickup? I live in Ontario, but am willing to look stateside, however I know nothing about bringing a vehicle across the boarder? I'm also aware of kijiji, auto-trader, e-bay and Craigslis ..but can anyone suggest a few more places to look?

Due to business requirements the 1/2 ton must be:
-black
-extended cab
-4X4

Again, I'm looking for tips on where to look, however if anyone of you has something like I've described or knows someone that does I'd be willing to take a look.

Lastly, and maybe the most relevant point: My target amount is $6000.00

Personally; I am tired of dealing with old equipment and we are working to update our fleet. (7 units in the fleet, only 2 1995s to be rid of, and they account for 80% of annual repair expenses) There is a reason why successful business cycle their machines every 7-10 years.

Responding to mangoes you don't have cycle equipment every 5 to 7 years we have only 5 trucks newer then 5 years I don't even look to buy newer then 2007 unless accountant says buy new,only thingI we buy new are chipper and stumpers but trucks stay older easier to fix and maintain.we have a good maintance plan and two good full time mechanics and we run over 100 pieces

And Mangoes I can relate to what you're saying regarding new equipment. I often buy new stuff, but never vehicles...brand new vehicles depreciate toooo fast. And slightly older vehicals I've had rarly break down. I just can't afford buying a new or even newer truck right now. honestly, I'm just trying to make a start in the business and am just a little wee fish in the pond. But, maybe someday I'll get bigger and have nicer, newer stuff.
