Using a Unicender for SRT Choked rope on spar?

I've been wanting a Unicender. I'm wondering about its compactness.

Will it work effectively with a running bowline around a spar for removals? I usually use a GriGri with RB. Its plenty compact to use on my bridge. Sometimes I will lean on the climbline, such as if the spar leans and I need to not spin around to the bottom side and don't want to double-wrap my flipline. Any conflicts?

I haven't found this to be a limitation.

If you have the Uni on a tether it might rotate a little.

Since I have it mounted directly to the adjustable rope bridge on my TreeFlex harness it doesn't rotate.
