Different configurations I do not have a picture of set up on a regular ball but you can get any configuration cable with masterlink attached and use that.

the one with the chain is not recommended but meant as an example have 2 master links joined with a heavy cable one end is attached above the ball the other you tie into. Use a very small link fastened or clamped in position above or just below the becket.
