He played low and slow for a bit, and was using it like he had been using one his whole life. He absolutely loves it. Cant believe how quick the kid picks up on this stuff.

They are actually the perfect combo! He'll get a lot of use out of both parts. I've been using Kernmaster for quite a while now, with the RopeRunner & the Bulldog Bone. It's the perfect rope for SRT devices.

Its the orange which is a 12 mm line. I was worried it was gonna give him troubles because it is a larger Kermaster but he runs up amd down on it like its coated in butter.

Perfect, he'll do just fine. I prefer all 11mm ropes, less friction, on the ascent. Another favorite is NE Prism 11.7mm. Doesn't stiffen up under extreme loading.

Thanks! I spent it before I even got home lol Third place that day was another buzzer too. Tanglehorn I think he said his handle was? I've never seen him post and he said he hadn't been on in a while.

I felt bad too. We had like 27 some raffle tickets when we had to leave the afterparty so we gave them to carson and asked him to give them someone. I had a great time, even though I was puking my brains out at the brail clue (too much coffee, no food, and so not used to riding a bike thru the city), and I can't wait for the next one!

Just head on down to the North Side and throw a line in one of trees in the park by the hospital. Plenty of candidates right there along North Avenue.

No idea what you're talking about.

Went after work today with a guy from work and pulled 6 of the buckets. More to come down Monday after work weather permitting

I thought we could gather the buckets together but since there was a reward mentioned you had other ideas.

Enjoy your reward :fuckyou::fuckyou:

I see TS put up a thanks to Rock Exotica video for the day one prizes. I missed the second place team in the video though. I think it was a 15 year old climber with the fat dad who drags brush for him. @fitz winning a MCRS made it in there also.

Yea, we climbed the last tree with your son, on Day#3, I'm still a bit miffed as to how the #1 winner from Day#1, also won 1st Place on Day#3. The 3 of them drove around in the same rig all 3 days together, but split up when they realized that they won 1st, twice. Doesn't add up, except for them! I smell tuna....[emoji226][emoji226][emoji226]

Im not sure I see the problem. Jacob, Justin, Nick and Dane won 1st place on Day 1. Nick and Brian Gadd won 1st place on Day 3. Even if the exact same team had won first place all 3 days, isn't that the spirit of a competition?

I met those guys at the TreeStuff after party on Thursday. They are great guys, great climbers, and a great team. I am sure they weren't trying to cheat anyone or be unfair. I think the Arbtrek was a blast even if I didn't win anything. Another thank you to TreeStuff for making it such an enjoyable experience. I think meeting everyone was the highlight for me...better than if I were to win first prize all three days. Just saying.
