Water oaks can be trash trees. Affected with hypxolon they dry out and break and pruning them is worse than a northern pin oak. Someone else post though, I'm still under the weather. 4 days now and I still feel like crap. I'm beginning to wonder if I got a touch of listeria.

I had something like that earlier this year. Very flu-like, though I tested negative for it. Was down and out for about 5 days with a 102 fever and aching like a sonofabitch. Had some stomach issues too.

Alright, if you guys are sure you don't mind figuring it out together. This one has me stumped. I'm pretty sure I have the Genus but the specific epithet has me in a round about. I'll get some close up photos right quick tomorrow.
