No, but man you are close. Same foliage and similar flowers. Pretty common tree on the Big Island of Hawaii and they get HUGE.

As Treezybreez pointed out, they have the branch structure of a Live Oak when walking underneath.

And their wood can be as pretty as walnut, for furniture-making.
