OFF TOPIC, but referenced:

I have an Incense Cedar that has been girdled by deer ~60% of circumference. Approx 6 ft. high. 2 in. Diam.

Any suggestions to save it ?

Is it a Hiba (Thujopsis dolabrata)?
It is often known as the False Arbor-vitae because they have SO many similarities.
