Starlet, welcome back!

The tree I posted was a Corylus fargesii at Morton Arboretum...

We're onto some evergreen now, that I think may have an identity crisis. I will get a good laugh if Robinia is right. Xman's always dissin' me!

I don't think so.

This tree is from East Asia.

I think of most evergreens with this name as small ground speading species.

I'm loving this. This tree is giving me a stiffy.

ha ha, out of the darkness comes cuttenwolf to the game!

no brotha, it's a Juniper. Sniff on that trail. The clue is there....

If no one gets it tomorrow morning, I'm giving the answer and posting a new one.

Juniperus rigida 'pendula'

Talk about an oxymoron!

yeah buddy, now you got it.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING UP SO LATE ANYWAY???

Stiff leaved juniper.

I always mix in clues on the hard ones. I'm not weird.

Tree needles were pretty cool up close, I couldn't believe it, looked juniper up close.

Lets not do another hard evergreen yet. (even though I really want to show it, I think it's better to mix it up for the good of the game).

I then pass it on to cuttenwolf to post a picture.

Go Bob.
