Treemotion goes up in price

hey guys I got the new sherrill catalog today and was amazed that the price of the treemotion has gone up an additional 100 bucks and there have been no visual changes made on the saddle itself. The stretch air pants have also gone up in price from 185 to 249. It says on the front of the catalog that they used there buying power to reduce prices on over 500 items but had a hard time finding one cheaper price.

The new prices go into effect in two weeks so start buying now to save a penny (or shop wesspur)

This is due to the exchange rate from euros to dollars. I heard that and my jaw dropped. I am still waiting on my catalog though. It's gonna be like nudie magazine day when that hits the mailbox.
 
The $100 dollars is right with the exchange rate exchange rate.

I looked back to Jan '07 and the Euro was 1.29 to the dollar.

Today the Euro is 1.59 (I rounded up) to the dollar.

So, if I did my math right that is a 23% increase since the Sherrill magazine printed in '07.

Therefore, the price increase of the TM saddle is fair.

However, I question the Stretch Air Pants 35% increase from '08. Mathematically, it isn't consistent with the amount the TM saddle went up.

But, it is a free country. They can charge what they want.
