Treebuzz/treecare family

Well I recieved a call today from one of our fellow buzzers who heard my girl was moving to Chicago as of the 1st of this month and called to offer a hand if we needed moving her stuff into her place. That tells you something about the kind of people that the treebuzz has attracted as well as those relationships established and connections made through TCC's, tradeshows, etc. That means a lot when someone offers to help when they don't even know my girlfriend or anything. It just goes to show you how close the tree care community and treebuzz community is. Thanks again for your offer.

Maybe the buzzer in question wants to make a move on your girlfriend?

When I first learned to use a computer back around 1998 I started searching for tree stuff and found an ISA forum and started chatting with several tree folks, one named Tom Dunlap and another named Jerry Beranek. I got to meet both of them at Tree Care Expo's a few years back- Tom in Detroit and Jerry in Milwauki(I probably just mispelled that...) and Detroit I believe.Come to think off it how many of us were on the cover of TCI magazine from that Detroit Day of Service photo? I think I met Rfwoodvt while I was an assistant judge for the New England Tree Climbing competition in Rutland in 2005. Bruce and Mellissa at a NE ISA event. Of course Mark Chisolm at TCI Expo's, AllMark at TCI last November. My mother told me last summer "someone from some 'Treebuzz' called here looking for you"(NY number rings to their place now) she didn't have a name though...I have gotten several complimets from my new bid folder that I copied from Jamin's post a few months ago!!I assisted TMW judging at a New England Tree event in mass a couple of years ago and learned a LOT in regards to ergonomics while talking with him....yep pretty good site Tom and Mark got here!! And a damn decent buncha folks to chat with and learn from!
