Yeah me too. The thing is our industry is always looking for good used equipment. Many guys start out with dream and ambition and can not afford brand new. If there was a reputable company selling quality used trucks, they would be so buys they couldn't keep up with it.
Instead, we get knucklheads like this guy who would prefer to screw you over to make a buck, and then be out of business in a few years.

The problem with selling used tree equipment is most guys beat the day lights out of their equipment. So the used market is very large, the quality used maket is very small. Then you get guys that "referb" and make it pretty, but don't run it to find the problems. I hate buying something with new paint (unless it's new). The paint only distracts from the abuse, damage and wear.
And those of you who buy used equipment without putting your hands on said equipment... Shame on you. You should know better and if you don't you will learn fast and it will cost you dearly. I don't blame you for being scammed, but you should protect yourself better especially if the purchase can put you under if it goes sour.
