Howdy,

I currently rock a ta 3.2. Interested in getting the shoulder harness, but not for $120. Was hoping to see if anyone's found a viable alternative.

I have a newtribe onyx and didn't particularly like the sling style shoulder strap that they offered. I looked at the same harness that youre talking about and also didnt care for the price. Was cruising the web and seen that Wesspur had a new SRT harness that CAMP makes for half the price. ($59.95) I went ahead and ordered it. Hasn't arrived yet so I have no hands on opinion yet but it looks decent. Link below.

I just got to use the camp setup for two weeks on my sentinel. I really like it, especially with the camp knee ascender. I rarely remembered the suspenders were there, but could tell a difference when carrying my 462. I’ll be buying a set soon.
 
Thanks for the input! It looks like that may work. The TA shoulders come with some sort of webbing things that are supposed to attach to the lower rings and the rated loop in the rear. For the price it's worth a shot. How do you like the sentinel @Crimsonking ? Somewhere just had a sale on them for like 50% off, I almost bought one just because. @Simpleiowaguy, let me know how it goes if you would. It looks robust and widely adjustable, which would be perfect.
 
It’s a good saddle. The only complaint I have is the position of some of the gear loops. The two diagonals could be cut off and never be missed. Otherwise it’s great. If you’re a 34” waist and carry any softness in the midsection, go with a medium/size 2. I have a size 1, and it’s plenty comfy, but I imagine the 2 would help in some of the uncomfortable positions where I feel squeezed a bit. Thankfully it doesn’t pinch. Just get the adjustments right and focus on the leg straps’ side bungees. Those are the ones that keep the pad from rotating into your crotch.

I have a tree Austria shoulder harness I used for 2 plus years and never want to look at it again. It’s still fully functional, includes a mod to allow for chest attachment for SRT. If you’re interested I’d give it to you if you paid shipping. DM me if interested.

it is nice but bulky. Works well with the 3.2.
