Tragedy on the Front Range-Loveland

This evening I got a call from a friend with terrible news. A treeworker was pulled into a brush chipper and killed today in Loveland. The only details that are known is that the fellow in the bucket truck got to the ground just as the deceased's feet were going through the chipper.

The news made me weak. A prayer goes out to his friends and family

Tom. Is this that same accident I just posted 5 minutes befor you? If, so I see a couple of sources that say it was in Loveland, CO. http://tinyurl.com/8xv4o

I hope there wasn't two accidents. I do work in Longmont and I haven't heard anything, yet.

Sad.

You're right, Loveland.

I got the call when I was checking out of the store. When I got in the van I told my Mom. We both had a cry. I can't help but think that she thinks of her two sons working around chippers and the possible accidents.

The gentleman who died was Brian Morse of Brian's Tree Service. The story from 9news was he got his glove caught on a branch while chipping.

Tragic.
