When I was a kid my Dad liked to show off some of his old indian tricks. Take one leg and go around a sapling, take the other leg and just hook the foot behind the tree. Even with untied hands you're stuck sitting on your foot kind of comfortably until someone lifts you up and untangles your feet. It's probably an old caveman trick actually, but it works. Kids love it for the first five minutes. It's hard to explain and deserves a photo or video but I haven't gone digital yet. I'll get my girlfriend to do it to me when she's here with her camera. I wonder if she can lift me, better stick a handsaw in my shirt. Anyway I thought of it today at work and before I forgot I thought someone might need the trick to secure a wild child for a bit of quiet time.
