Tickets for Bruce

Mark knows how big a Springsten fan I am. I've got a standing offer to work for free when they do work at Bruce's place

On Saturday tickets go on sale for one of his last solo concerts on the Devils and Dust tour. The tickets will be sold by Ticketmaster and on line also. When I tried to get Ticketmaster tickets a while ago all I got was a busy signal. After spending 45 minutes hitting redial I got a message taht the concert was sold out. I expected that but thought I might get lucky.

Does anyone have any tips about how to have better luck getting tickets? My plan is to be logged onto the on-line vendor and have my phone ready for action. Does it do any good to log in before the tickets go on sale?

Tom are you calling an 800 ticketmaster or a local number?

I recently saw Santana, which sold out within hours, Chris called a local TM number and had us main floor (24th row, center) tickets within 5 minutes of opening.

Bruce is at Northrup on 10/12. I got to see Santana and Robert Cray from the fourth row at Northrup. Sweet seats!

Wow 4th row in that tiny venue? That must have been sweet!

You say Bruce is at the Northrup next month? well I didnt know that. Probably all sold out I imagine.

Can you go to a local ticket master outlet and be there at opening? With several outlets you may get lucky and not find a line? Wish I could help ya more

Now I can go to work. I registered for TM earlier to expedite the process.

Now I have four tickets to the October 12 Minneapolis show. Two of them might be for sale. Email me if you're interested.

I have never tried it but heard it works is to call a local ticketmaster outlet (not the 800 number) in a different town that the show is playing.
