Thoughts on the stability of this tree for removing without crane?

What did you do about the stump?

Just flush cut it as low as I could with the saw per their request.

What was the dbh and height of this tree? The pics are so confusing to me just from a perspective difference. In one pic it looks like it's a 8" tree maybe 25' tall. In another it looks like it dwarfs the ladder and is much taller.

Not sure on dbh didn’t check but it went a ways past the roof, taller than me if I was standing up straight on the roof.
