Thickest climbing rings

What's the thickest rated climbing ring, steel or aluminum?
Thicker for better bend radius and rated for using in a friction saver.
DMM is looking to be up there so far.

Those are rigging rings & are really large. I have two.
They are frequently used to setup TIP's at TCC comp's for safety (strength & bend radius). e.g. WC start point, Foot Lock, etc.

However, they are 4" OD; and weigh 277g (9.75 Oz) each.
