The TB Tree?

So this has been festering in my mind for some time now (probably because I have the mentality of a four year old). This forum is all about tree care and the various realms that help foster that care. So why is it that the TB Tree looks like an insanely out of control hawthorn to me (minus the orangy bark)? Every time I log on I say "why, why that particular form"? Mark or Tom, maybe you could clear this up for me? I'm just curious.

Phil,

That is a fair question. The answer- because it was a graphic that was available. That's all. Plus I like the "not so perfect" look of it. How many logos have a beautiful and shapely tree? Too many! /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

And the award goes to...

Congradulations, Phil. You have managed to amaze me once again with your Seinfeld-esque question. Did you have fun thursday night? Adam seems to be doing alright in the trees considering his triple frontal lobotomy he gave himself recently.
