The power of Electricity

Shut the power off, ground the lines, find the guy with the droopy drawers, slap him silly, and find a crane operator who knows how to fold that crane up.
Scary stuff, my buddy went through something similara couple years ago. His "operator" put the cable into the 44kv lines. It got attention...fast.
But to be honest, I do not know how they would fold the crane up. On a bucket truck they could manually rotate it and then bleed the valves and lower it to the ground.
