I've made some pipe saws. Without the software and experience the OP has you'll have to hack through it, but they usually run great and sound real great!! You might save the piped 066 for removals on the outskirts of some rural jobs though. Haha.

If you like high performance stuff check out Graham Bell's Work and Gordon Jenning's classic Two-Stroke Tuner's Handbook for starter. Don't be shy. Jump right in! You might have to read this stuff a few times but it will soak in and you'll get hooked.
