Anybody on here using The Hartford ever see discrepencies in your billing schedules? My monthly payment seems to fluctuate by a few bucks every now and again... usually going up, not down. My current issue is that according to my last bill I was supposed to have a small amount due for December's bill, and then get the renewal in January. For some reason though the renewal bill got here yesterday, and the small bill is MIA. Anybody ever have these problems before? Were they easy to resolve?
