Teach me about dump trailers

My buddy has a B wise trailer with a ramp gate you can winch dead cows…or logs…up. I do the same with a tilt bed trailer.

Appreciate all the advice and thoughts, didn't expect this to be such a hot topic. I'm still interested and will very likely get one at some point, need to look at a few brands in person, but it's not super important to my work needs right now as I have a lot of higher priorities for the cash. At whatever point I do get one, I'll certainly share the details and thoughts after some use.

Instead of dropping the tree onto the trailer you rip it out of the ground with the tele and drive off with it

Mesquite naturally grows as a low scrubby tree. When watered and pruned a lot they can become more of a tree. That one is pretty big for Mesquite.

Rare for them to get very large or straight. They are riparian, and grow only when they get water. When they get consistent water from landscaping they grow and grow.

Only tree we have in the desert that doesn’t crack and twist like crazy when drying.

Their ‘beans’ make a great flour added to pancakes, top it off with honey and saguaro fruit jam and it’s only hell of a breakfast!
