We all have a burned up chainsaw that could be bolted onto the hitch/bumper.

I'd be ready for a cop to pull me over though. Some might by sympathetic with the concept but a bit hardnosed about the message. LOL

I would think an improvement to this idea is to loosely bolt it to the bumper so it has some play but not going anywhere.
