Strength loss through splice

I remember hearing a couple years ago that you lose about 10% with a double braid splice. I have nothing to back this up with since I don't even remember where I heard it. It does have me curious what you would lose with other splices. If anyone has any to add I will make a list in this post and update it as it goes. Or maybe a link to another site with a list?

I THINK a locking brummel only retains 80% or so from a straight bury is closer to 90-100%ish
