strength loss in webbing?

I know that when a knot is tied in a rope that because of the bend radius you lose strength. Something like 60% of the strength is left.
My question is when a knot is tied in webbing ( either tubular or flat ) do you also lose strength?

im not entirely sure of the specs on knot-strength but i do know that while yes the beer knot is better because you dont have loose tails flopping around, the water knot is better in some cases. with the water knot you can take a 12-ish" piece of webbing and tie it into the knot with the two normal strands to increase the bend radius which increases strength.
