I'm runnin 63PS Picco chisel chain on my modded 150. It pulls it great. Now, I'm not advising that you switch yours over. There's something to be said for how smoothly and effortlessly the 150 runs with the stock 1/4" chain. Also, the Picco sprocket is not available in the US. Mine was sent from Australia.

how much smoother is the 1/4" chain for cutting small(1/2-2") branches? it easy to tell the difference when switching from 3/8lp to .325 to 3/8 but i've never ran something with 1/4" chain.

Flywheel sheared off today when my ground man tried to start my 150. Yesterday it was running bitchin so I assume I did not file off too much of the key, tried to take 1/3 off. And to add insult to injury, yesterday I tried to advance the timing on a 338 and busted the key off when I tightened the flywheel nut. That one I suspect I did not have it lined up perfectly but would welcome some input from the pro's

Send em to Brad and get em done right....basic mods anyway. He is way backed up on porting.

Might not agree with this but years ago I had a mcycle ported and new cams and intake modded, etc., on a 900 cc. bike. Gained 22 hp's but it became a gas hog.
